Kochi: Actress Honey Rose’s statement will be recorded again in connection with the sexual harassment complaint filed against businessman Boby Chemmanur. The complaint alleges persistent harassment, based on which further sections are being examined, according to the Central Police. Currently, charges under IPC Section 75 and IT Act Section 67 have been filed.
Meanwhile, the police are also preparing to investigate other obscene remarks allegedly made by Boby Chemmanur. Videos containing such remarks circulated on social media will be submitted to the court as evidence opposing his bail. The police have stated that these videos are available on platforms like YouTube.
