Special Prayer Held at Sivagiri Mutt for Pope’s Recovery

A special prayer was held at Varkala Sivagiri Mutt for the recovery of Pope Francis, who is currently undergoing treatment at a hospital in Rome. The prayer session took place at the Daivashakam Hall under the leadership of Swami Sachidananda, President of the Dharma Sangham. Monks and Brahmacharis of the Mutt also participated in the prayer.

Swami Sachidananda stated that Pope Francis is a great spiritual leader who embodies the vision of Guru Deva, which promotes unity and love beyond caste and religious differences. He prayed to Jagadeeshwara for the Pope’s long life and continued guidance to society. Dharma Sangham General Secretary Swami Shubhangananda and Treasurer Swami Sharadananda were also present at the prayer session.
