Thiruvananthapuram: The temperature warning in Kerala is likely to continue for the next three days. Isolated rainfall is also expected in some central and southern districts during the afternoons.
By next week, easterly winds are expected to strengthen again. On Tuesday, a yellow alert was issued for three districts—Thiruvananthapuram, Kollam, and Pathanamthitta.
Meanwhile, the overall hot weather conditions are expected to persist across the state. In Kannur and Kasaragod, no significant change in temperature is anticipated.
