A 13-year-old boy who went missing from Aluva has returned home. Altaf Ameen, son of Sadath from Kunnathery, Thaikkattukara, and a student of SNDP School, Aluva, went missing on Tuesday night. The boy returned on his own this morning while the Aluva police were conducting an investigation into the incident.
News about the missing boy spread widely on social media today. His parents stated that after seeing these reports, Altaf became emotional and decided to return home. However, he has not yet been presented at the police station. Reports suggest that he has an exam today, and he will be taken to the station afterward.
The family has confirmed that Altaf was not facing any financial or other issues. The police were conducting the investigation by tracking phone records and CCTV footage. They were also looking into whether he had fallen into the hands of a drug mafia.
