The Congress has been demolished by the BJP,BJP leads in 29 seats in Madhya Pradesh, seven in Delhi

New Delhi: NDA leaders continue to advance with majority victory across the country. The BJP is leading in all the seven seats in the national capital, Delhi. Congress has suffered a huge setback in Delhi and Madhya Pradesh, where it had high expectations. Kanhaiya Kumar could not make much inroads in the North East constituency.

The verdict is a heavy blow to the ruling Aam Aadmi Party. Election results indicate that Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal led the election campaign after coming out of jail but could not make a significant impact.

Madhya Pradesh, which was once the stronghold of the Congress, also faced a huge setback for the Congress. Congress has not been able to get a lead in any constituency in the state. BJP is advancing in all 29 seats in Madhya Pradesh. The results indicate that the infighting in the Congress has backfired on the India Front as well.

BJP has also made progress in Bihar, where India Front had high hopes. BJP is leading in 33 out of 40 seats in Bihar. The RJD-Congress-Left alliance managed to get a lead in only five seats. The results show that the BJP’s move to bring Nitish Kumar into their camp at the last moment has paid off.
