A 13-year-old girl who left home in Kollam after an argument with her mother was found in Tirur, Malappuram. The girl had boarded a train from Kollam. Those who found her informed the police.
According to Kunnicode police, the girl had contacted her mother over the phone. She is currently with the railway police at Tirur railway station. Her relatives are on their way to Tirur.
The girl, a native of Kulappuram, Avaneeswaram, had been missing since 2 PM yesterday. Her family filed a police complaint at around 6:30 PM. It is believed that she left home after being scolded by her mother.
