The Global Super Rich List is out, and MA Yousafali is once again the first among Malayali billionaires

Dubai: Lulu Group Chairman and Managing Director MA Yousafali has become the richest Malayali billionaire.
The top five in the list released by Forbes magazine are Malayali businessmen in the Gulf. It is noteworthy that for the first time a Malayali woman has also made it to the billionaire list. Sarah George Muthoot is the first woman to make the list. India’s richest man, Mukesh Ambani, is ranked ninth in the list of the world’s richest people. Gautam Adani is the second richest man in India.

Bernard Arnault, the owner of Louis Vuitton, is the richest man in the world. In second place is Elon Musk. Five of the 12 Malayalis in the list are businessmen in the Gulf. Yusafali, the owner of Lulu Group, became the first Malayali with a net worth of 7.6 billion dollars. Yousafali rose to 344th place from last year’s 497th place globally. Joy Alukas, the owner of Joy Alukas Jewelery Group, is the second richest Malayali.

Net worth is $4.4 billion. Abu Dhabi’s Burjeel Holdings owner Dr. Shamseer Vail is third on the list with $3.5 billion. Kris Gopalakrishnan is third in the list with the same net worth. T.S. Kalyana Raman- $3.2 billion, S.D. Shibulal- 2 billion dollars and Kochousef Chittilapalli 1.6 billion dollars are also in the list of super rich. Four people from Muthoot family are in the list of super rich.

George Alexander Muthoot, George Jacob Muthoot, George Thomas Muthoot, Sarah George Muthoot. Each has a net worth of $1.3 billion.
