Rahul Easwar’s anticipatory bail plea in the complaint filed by actress Honeyrose alleging defamation on social media is likely to be considered today. Rahul filed the bail plea in the High Court stating that he wanted to prevent his arrest. Rahul’s move is in anticipation of the possibility of his own arrest following the arrest of Bobby Chemmanur.
Honey Rose has filed a complaint with the Ernakulam Central Police alleging defamation through social media. A Thrissur native has also filed a complaint against Rahul. Salim, a Thrissur native, has filed a complaint against Rahul Easwar, alleging that he made derogatory remarks against Honey Rose during channel discussions.
Actress Honey Rose said yesterday that Rahul Easwar is one of the main reasons for the severe mental stress that she and her family are currently experiencing. Honey Rose had also stated that she will take legal action against this. Honey Rose made her stand clear through a Facebook post. Honey Rose had also said that Rahul Easwar does not deserve an apology.
Rahul Easwar’s response to Honey Rose was that the public would audit Honey Rose’s clothing. Rahul Easwar had also said that Honey Rose was not above criticism. Rahul Easwar had said that he had never carried out an organized attack and if it was proven that he had done so, he was ready to go to jail without even facing trial.
