The agreement to hold the exhibition at Aluva Manappuram, the Supreme Court said that the High Court order was unfair

New Delhi:The Supreme Court termed the order passed by the Division Bench of the Kerala High Court regarding the agreement to hold the exhibition at Aluva Manappuram as unjust and disturbing. The bench also refused to review the Supreme Court’s order awarding the exhibition contract to Shaws Entertainment Company, which had offered the highest amount.

The High Court’s order was to award the contract to Shahz Entertainment. Another company had approached the Supreme Court demanding that the stay be lifted. As 90 percent of the work related to the exhibition has been completed, the company has sought permission to proceed.But the Supreme Court refused to accept this demand.
