Parasshala: The tires of vehicles were stolen. The thieves smuggled four tires from two cars which were seized and kept in custody by the Parassala police in various cases. Tires of vehicles kept in front of government institutions like sub treasury, village office, 24-hour veterinary hospital, police station and PWD guest house were stolen.
The vehicles were parked 50 meters away from the front of the police station. Both the vehicles were parked on Police Station Road next to the wall of Parassala Block Office. The theft of tires was noticed by those who regularly travel this road.
Later Parassala Police registered cases and started investigation. The police responded that only those who handle the vehicles regularly can change the tires so quickly.
