New Delhi: Congress leader Rahul Gandhi has said that there is no money to do any election campaign activities and all the accounts of the party have been frozen. He said that the central action is undemocratic. Rahul Gandhi also said that this is not a freezing of bank accounts of the Congress party, but a freezing of Indian democracy.
“As the largest opposition party, we can’t take any action. We can’t make advertisements or send our leaders anywhere. This is an attack on democracy. This action is two months before the election campaign. “Due to this, Congress has lost a month in election activities,” said Rahul Gandhi.
Rahul also alleged that this is a criminal action taken by the Prime Minister and the Home Minister against the Congress. “The idea that India is a democratic country has become a lie. There is no democracy in India today. The notion that India is the world’s largest democracy has turned out to be a lie,” Rahul said.
