Thrissur: Pooram will be held today in Thrissur, witnessing lakhs of fans. In the morning Kanimangalam Shastav’s Pooram will reach Vadakkunathan. After that, the city will be full of joy with the arrival of other component Poorams. Arrival at Thiruvampadi’s Mat starts at 10:30 in the morning.
Departure from Paramekkav Puram at 12pm. Elanjithara Mela will be held at 2 pm and the historic Kudamata will be held at 5 pm. A police control room has been opened in Poora Nagari keeping in mind the safety of the people.
