Kozhikode: The Perinthalmanna police had registered a case against Justice C N Ramachandran on a complaint filed by a voluntary organization in the half-price fraud case. However, two more cases were registered against Justice C N Ramachandran in Balussery on a complaint filed by the Young Man Sports Club and the Kanthapuram Mudra Charitable Foundation.
CN Ramachandran is the third accused in the case. The case was registered as the patron of the NGO Confederation. Anand Kumar and Ananthu Krishnan are the first and second accused in the case. Four cases were registered in Balussery today in the fraud case.
The Perinthalmanna police had also registered a case against C N Ramachandran the other day. The case was based on a complaint filed by the president of Angadipuram KSS, the management agency. The case was registered under sections 318(4) and 3(5) of the Indian Penal Code.
