Union Minister Suresh Gopi announced that two cows will be provided as a means of livelihood for Neyyattinkara Gopan’s family

Thiruvananthapuram: Neyyattinkara Gopan’s family had said that they had two cows earlier and sold them during the economic downturn. Following this, Union Minister Suresh Gopi has announced that he will provide them with two cows as a means of livelihood, according to the family of Neyyattinkara Gopan.

The family also clarified that they do not see the death of Neyyattinkara Gopan as a means of livelihood. ‘Samadhi is a path of devotion, not a means of livelihood. Gopan Swami Trust was formed in 2019. Gopan Swami has written that the land belonging to this trust should not be transferred or given loans. Therefore, the family is saddened by the news that this is for marketing. The income from the samadhi will not be used for the family. We have decided to live by working,’ the family said.
