US military plane arrives in India with Indians who infiltrated again. After Narendra Modi returned to India from the US, US warplanes are once again arriving in Punjab with Indians who infiltrated. They arrived in the US without proper documents from India and without Indian immigration clearance. It is noteworthy that they have violated immigration laws in both the US and India.
India has said it is ready to accept Indians who entered the US without visas or documents. However, India has taken the position that it will not send a flight to those who left illegally. Central government sources also said that they reached the US with the help of Indian authorities.
The second US flight carrying 119 deported Indian nationals is arriving in Amritsar, Punjab. The state-wise breakdown of the 119 American infiltrators arriving today is as follows. They include 67 from Punjab, 33 from Haryana, eight from Gujarat, three from Uttar Pradesh, two each from Goa, Maharashtra and Rajasthan, and one each from Himachal Pradesh and Jammu and Kashmir.
A third flight carrying deportees is expected to land in India tomorrow. There are a total of 1.4 million illegal immigrants in the US. Of these, 14,000 to 18,000 are Indians. India had assured the US that it would only take back Indian infiltrators. All undocumented immigrants will also be deported. There will also be Indians who came to the US on tourist visas and did not return.
