Thiruvananthapuram : A human skeleton was found in an old water authority tank in the Kariavattam campus. The skeleton was found in a water tank attached to the Botany Department. Police conducted an investigation at the scene.
The human skeleton remains were found in a tank that was used in years ago. The skeleton was found at a depth of 15 feet through the manual hole of the water tank. Arum does not go there as the entire area is covered with forest.
The skeleton was found by the staff of the campus itself. The fire brigade reached the spot but returned due to lack of adequate security. The skeleton will be exhumed after the arrival of the forensic department on Thursday morning.
