In a tragic incident during the screening of the movie Pushpa 2, where a woman died due to a stampede and chaos at a theater, actor Allu Arjun has been remanded to 14 days judicial custody by the Nampally Court.
The actor was arrested on Friday afternoon at his residence in Jubilee Hills by the police and was taken to the Chikkadpally police station for further proceedings. The police had filed a case against Allu Arjun days after the incident, where the theater staff was also implicated. Two staff members were arrested earlier by the police, and soon after, the Telangana police arrested the actor in connection with the case.
