A special team of police has started an investigation in the PD case against actor Nivin Pauly. After completing the preliminary information collection, the investigation team decided to call the accused including Nivin Pauly and question them.
The complaint of the woman from Neriyamangalam was that she was gang-raped by actor Nivin Pauly and others after she was called to Dubai with an offer of an opportunity to act. Ernakulam Oonunkal police registered a case against Nivin Pauly under non-bailable section on the instructions of the special team investigating sexual allegations in the film industry after recording his statement.
The investigation team is making a move to record the confidential statement of the woman who is firm in her complaint. After completing the preliminary information collection, the accused including Nivin Pauly will be given a notice to appear for questioning. Nivin Pauly is also considering approaching the court for anticipatory bail in the case. Nivin is the sixth accused in the Onunkal police case.
