Malappuram: Police have seized a large cache of explosives in Malappuram. Thousands of gelatin sticks and detonators were seized. Four people were taken into custody in connection with the incident.The news broke a while ago. It is not clear why the items were brought.
Four people were arrested based on a tip-off received by Malappuram SP. Four people are being questioned in connection with the incident. The Valanchery police seized gelatin stick 1124, detonator 4000, electric detonator 3340 and safety fuse 1820. Valanchery Police said that they will release more information within an hour.
