Prayagraj: Bollywood actress Katrina Kaif took a holy dip at the Kumbh Mela. Katrina arrived in Prayagraj with her mother-in-law Veena Kaushal. In a video shared by news agency ANI, Katrina Kaif offered prayers and took a holy dip at the Triveni Sangam.
Katrina met Parmarth Niketan Ashram President Swami Chidanand Saraswati and Sadhvi Bhagwati Saraswati. She arrived for the bath wearing a light yellow salwar suit. She then distributed prasad to the devotees. Later, the star was accompanied by Raveena Thandan, her daughter Rasha Thadani and Abhishek Banerjee in the aarti held at the ghat. While talking to the media after the bath, the star said that she was lucky to be able to participate in the Kumbh Mela.
“I am very lucky to be here this time. I am really happy. I met Swami Chidananda Saraswati and took his blessings. I love the energy and beauty of everything. I want to spend the whole day here,” the actress said.
