Melbourne: Indian student stabbed to death in Melbourne. 22-year-old Navjeet Sandhu from Karnal, Haryana was killed. Navjeet was an M.Tech student. It is hinted that there is a dispute between the students behind it. Two people from Haryana are behind the murder
Initial information is that the incident led to the enmity between the students. A search has been started for two brothers in the incident. Both are absconding.
The reason for the conflict was issues related to an Indian student named Sharwan Kumar.
He had moved into Navjeet’s flat after quarreling with his roommates.
The people who lived with him called Sharvan Kumar to the room to take away the things. Navjeet went along on Sharvan’s request. On reaching there, the people in the room attacked both of them with knives. It is reported that Navjeet was stabbed three times in the chest.
Navjeet dies on the way to the hospital.
