Jesna Missing Case;CBI investigative officer must appear in person – CJM court

Thiruvananthapuram: The CJM Court of Thiruvananthapuram has ordered the CBI investigating officer to appear in person in the Jasna disappearance case. The action was taken on a petition filed by father James. The petitioner alleged that the CBI did not examine the blood-stained clothes recovered from the house. But the CBI lawyer countered that the clothes were not recovered. Officials will have to give an explanation including this

Jasna’s father had alleged in the petition that the CBI investigation was ineffective. But the CBI submitted a report to the court rejecting the father’s allegations. Jasna’s father James had demanded that the CBI report be rejected.

The CJM filed a petition in court pointing out that Jasna’s friends were not investigated. Five years after Jasne went missing from Pathanamthitta, the CBI filed the report.
