Kejriwal will be presents in court today and the Supreme Court will consider the bail plea

The Supreme Court will consider Arvind Kejriwal’s plea after ED’s arrest. Yesterday, the Supreme Court did not consider the demand for urgent consideration of the petition against the arrest at midnight. The petition will be considered at 10.30 am today. Senior Congress leader Abhishek Manu Singhvi will appear on behalf of Arvind Kejriwal. Meanwhile, Arvind Kejriwal, who was arrested, will be produced by ED in the court today. ED will ask Arvind Kejriwal to be produced in the PMLA court.

Meanwhile, AAP has called for nationwide protests against Arvind Kejriwal’s arrest. AAP has stated that Arvind Kejriwal will not resign even if he has to go to jail and will rule in jail. Congress leader Rahul Gandhi spoke to Arvind Kejriwal’s family over phone.

Arvind Kejriwal assured the support of the Congress party to the family. Legal aid has also been offered. Rahul Gandhi will meet Kejriwal’s family today. Yesterday, Congress workers along with Aam Aadmi workers took to the streets in Delhi to protest against Arvind Kejriwal’s arrest.

Stating that Arvind Kejriwal will rule from jail is tantamount to insulting the country’s constitution, the BJP demanded his resignation. The BJP also pointed out that it is not possible to rule in prison on the basis of the constitution. Earlier, Jharkhand Chief Minister Hemant Soran had said that he would rule from jail even after he was arrested. Later he resigned. BJP also pointed out that the same thing will happen in Delhi.
