Mahua Moitra has been issued a notice by the Enforcement Directorate to suspected violation of the related to the Foreign Exchange Act

New Delhi. Former Trinamool MP Mahua Moitrak recevied ED’s notice. The notice is in a case related to foreign exchange rate. The notice has been issued to the person who appeared at the ED’s office in Delhi on Monday. To the question, Mahua was disqualified from the post of MP based on the recommendation of the ethics committee on the corruption charges.

The case alleges that Darshan Hiranandani, a Mahua businessman, was paid to raise questions against the Adani Group. BJP AP Nishikant Dubey had filed a Lokpal complaint against Mahua based on the allegations of Mahua’s former friend Jai Anand Dehdrai.
