Police recorded the statement of EP Jayarajan at his residence in Keecheri, Kannur, as part of an investigation into the autobiography controversy.
Jayarajan had initiated legal action against the publishers, DC Books, alleging the inclusion of false information in the autobiography. The police will also examine whether there was any agreement between Jayarajan and DC Books regarding the publication of the book.
