A new explosive revelation has surfaced regarding George Soros’ American fund. Malayalam journalist Josy Joseph, who was the key organizer behind the controversial Cutting South event held in Kochi, has allegedly received American funding. This information has been disclosed by The Story Teller, a national-level official X handle, along with supporting documents.
Recently, it was also revealed by Karma News that Mammen Mathew, the owner and Executive Editor of Malayala Manorama, was at the helm of Fact Shala, an organization that reportedly receives American funding. Following this disclosure, The Story Teller has now released further records implicating Josy Joseph.
In their statement, The Story Teller referred to Josy Joseph as “Chithal” (a term in Malayalam meaning decay or rot), sparking discussions on why a journalist accused of receiving foreign funding is being given such a title at the national level. The audience is left to interpret the reasoning behind this description.
According to the records shared by The Story Teller, Josy Joseph established a media house named “Confluence Media” in 2018. The organization’s Chief Strategist and Impact Officer, Anis Drabu, is identified as an International Fellow of the Ford Foundation, a key player in global media funding. Additionally, one of Confluence Media’s major partners is Dasra Foundation, a Mumbai-based entity.
As these revelations continue to unfold, they raise serious concerns regarding foreign influence in Indian journalism.
