Kannur: The family of ADM Naveen Babu has filed an appeal in the High Court seeking a CBI investigation into the death of him. The appeal states that the death is suspected to be a murder and the state police investigation is unsatisfactory.
A similar request had been rejected by a single bench earlier. His wife Manjusha has demanded that the order was made without a proper examination of the facts and that a CBI investigation be conducted if they want to get justice. The petition will be considered by a division bench.
