New Delhi. The Supreme Court annulled the result of the controversial Chandigarh Mayor election. The Supreme Court announced that AAP candidate Kuldeep Kumar has won the mayor election.
The Chief Justice said democracy will not be allowed to be slaughtered. The court also ordered action against BJP leader Anil Massi, who was an elected official. The court pointed out that the electoral officer had tried to invalidate the ballot.
