New Delhi: Senior lawyer Fali S. Nariman passed away. He was 95 years old. He died of a heart attack. The country honored him with Padma Bhushan and Padma Vibhushan awards.
Fali S Nariman was a nominated member of the Rajya Sabha. He is the son of former Supreme Court judge Rohington Nariman. Began practice as an advocate at the Bombay High Court. 1972-1975 was Additional Solicitor General. He resigned when the state of emergency was declared.
