BJP state president Rajeev Chandrasekhar stated that the Waqf Bill is meant to resolve the issues faced by the people of Munambam, and there should be no doubt about it. He further assured that as soon as the bill is passed, the rights of the people of Munambam will be restored.
“At this time, shouldn’t Congress and CPI(M) have stood with the people of Munambam and worked to resolve their issues? The people of Munambam now clearly understand who truly stands with them in their struggles and who is spreading lies in Parliament.”
He also criticized the INDIA alliance, stating that their appeasement politics was exposed on Wednesday. “From the beginning until today, BJP has stood with everyone and has always engaged in the politics of development. It is the parties of the INDIA alliance that keep making U-turns. BJP is committed to taking Kerala forward, and people should support this effort,” he said.
Rajeev Chandrasekhar made these remarks during his visit to the NSS headquarters in Kottayam.
