A complaint has been lodged that school management officials have secretly copied and blackmailed nude scenes in the toilets of school teachers. A total of 52 teachers have lodged complaints with the school authorities. The shocking incident took place in Meerut, Uttar Pradesh. Teachers allege he copied video and photos of the school restroom and worked without pay for months, threatening to spread it outside.
According to the complaint, the school management committee used to show these pictures and threaten them when they asked for their salary arrears. Based on the teachers’ complaint, the police have registered an FIR against the school authorities, alleging sexual harassment, and espionage.
But the school management committee secretary denied the allegations. The camera was not installed in the teachers’ toilet. Meanwhile, there is a CCTV camera in the toilets of male teachers. He said this was in view of the recent increase in incidents including murders on school premises.
The school is in arrears with the salaries of the teachers. The secretary said it was due to the financial crisis in the wake of the COVID epidemic. Sadar Bazar Police SHO Vijay Gupta said the investigation into the teachers’ complaint was progressing.
