This decoction will be made of three things. This decoction will be made of cinnamon, black pepper, and ginger. All these three things are considered good for improving digestion. Cinnamon helps improve the breakdown of body fat. Whereas, ginger helps in improving immunity and helps in fighting the symptoms of fluctuations in seasonal variations.

These three things are required 
Cinnamon – 1 stick
pepper – a pinch of
ginger – 1/2 teaspoon, grated

Ayurvedic decoction that makes metabolism strong:
Take a bowl and add water to it. Let it boil.
Once the water is sufficiently boiled, add all the ingredients in it and let their taste cook.
