CBSE 10th 12th Exams 2020: CBSE said in SC, 10th 12th result till July 15, this information about optional exam, CBSE notification today

The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) announced on Friday the results of the 10th and 12th grade board examinations will be declared by July 15. According to Examination Controller Sanyam Bhardwaj, due to the Kovid-19 status, the pending examinations have been canceled. Result will be ready on the subject wise performance of the CBSE examination till now. Additional Solicitor General Tushar Mehta, appearing for the Center and CBSE, said that the evaluation plan would be based on the marks achieved by the students in the last three subjects of the board examinations.

CBSE exam controller Sanyam Bhardwaj said that students will be given the opportunity to sit in the optional exam to improve their score. CBSE exam controller Sanyam Bhardwaj also said that if the students’ option of 12th is appeared in the examination, then marks will be considered as final score. He said that students of class 10 will not get a chance to appear in the reform test. Only the result declared by the board will be considered final. CBSE will issue the notification today, while ICSE will issue the notification within a week. CBSE will not offer the exam option for 10th, while ICSE will also offer 10th. In this case, Human Resource Development Minister Ramesh Pokhriyal has also tweeted that students and their parents can read the CBSE notification here. 

Apart from this, ICSE told the court that students of class X can also give option to take further examination. Apart from this, their average score formula is different from CBSE. The Supreme Court has allowed CBSE to issue notifications to cancel the remaining 10th and 12th exams.

Let us tell you that on Thursday, the Supreme Court had directed CBSE to issue a new notification. The court had said that it would consider issues related to the re-examination, internal assessment (internal assessment), date of result and re-exam status for class 12 on Friday, keeping in mind the situation of corona virus epidemic in various states. . Along with this, CBSE will also issue a notification, so that students will get information about internal assessment scheme, its deadline, time of result.

The Supreme Court said on Thursday that the situation could be different in different states. Will the central authority take this decision or will the state decide? How will you deal with this situation? The bench said that internal assessment and deadline should be indicated in the CBSE notifications. The bench also sought to know from the Center and the CBSE that when these examinations will be announced and when the academic session 2020-21 will start. On behalf of the Central Government and CBSE, Solicitor General Tushar Mehta said that a notification in this regard will be issued by Friday.

Exams held between July 1 and 15 are canceled, 2 options given to 12th
