IAF tribute to corona warriors

The Indian Air Force (IAF) paid tribute to Corona Warriors on Monday. An Air Warrior skydived with a banner reading “Tribute to Corona Warriors”. “#TheGreatConjunction. The Earth, The Sky and an #AirWarrior,” the IAF tweeted on Tuesday morning while sharing pictures of the tribute.

The pictures of the IAF officer skydiving with the banner thanking COVID Warriors are doing rounds on social media, with netizens thanking both COVID Warriors and Air Warriors for serving the nation. The armed forces had paid tribute to Corona Warriors in May also. Indian Army bands had performed outside a government hospital in Panchkula, while an Indian Navy chopper had showered flower petals on a hospital in Panaji. The Indian Air Force had flown jets over Rajpath for all frontline workers fighting COVID-19.
