Kerala Bypolls: Meena welcomes all-party agreement for not to hold by-elections

The government welcomed the decision by the Chief Election Officer, Meena Tikaram. The government has not officially announced the decision. Tikaram Meena said the letter would be handed over to the Central Election Commission once it is received.
