No one is there in Pakistan, I have been in India for 35 years, where else am I supposed to go now? Sharada Bhai

Sharada Bhai, who has been living in India for the past 35 years, says, “There is no one left in Pakistan, and if I go back, there is no one for me there.” She also mentioned that her passport is old and that all her other identification documents show she is an Indian citizen. Sharada further emphasized that she should not be separated from her family.

She is standing before the Indian government, with tearful eyes, requesting to live with her children. Years ago, Sharada came to India after marrying Mahesh Kukrej, a Hindu, and initially stayed in Koraput. Now, Sharada lives with her family in Bolangir. Sharada’s son and daughter are Indian citizens.

However, the Bolangir police have stated that nothing can be done outside the bounds of the law. Following the Pahalgam terror attack, the central government decided that Pakistani nationals must leave the country. Notices have already been issued to many people, and some have already left the country.
