Experts say there is a link between COVID spread and climate. The study was conducted jointly by researchers from IIT Bhubaneswar and AIIMS. The main finding of the study is that COVID spreads intensify during the rainy season and winter. Decreasing temperatures during the monsoon and increasing temperatures in the atmosphere may contribute to the intensification of the COVID spread.
