Air India Express employees called off their strike

Air India Express employees called off their strike. The employees decided to call off the strike after the management promised to sloved the problems of employees. The management also decided to withdraw the decision to lay off 25 employees.

Air India Express is rumored to have served 200 striking cabin crew members with layoff notices. It was also reported that most of them are Malayalis. In the meantime, the decision to withdraw the strike was made.

On Tuesday night, cabin crew members took mass leave due to illness. Due to this, 90 services were suspended on Wednesday and thousands of passengers were in crisis. The management of Air India Express has informed that appropriate action will be taken against some persons responsible for the lightning strike. Air India was supposed to operate 285 services today. Out of this 85 services have been cancelled.

It was also agreed to operate Air India services on 20 canceled routes. The company also said that if the flight is delayed by more than three hours, passengers will be given a refund or will be given the facility to travel on a revised date. Air India Express is headquartered in Kerala. Air India Express is a subsidiary of Air India owned by the Tata Group. Most of its senior cabin crew members are Malayalis.
