During a program as part of the temple festival, ghazal singer Aloshi sang a revolutionary song again. This occurred during a ghazal performance held at the Avanavanchery Indilayappan Temple in Attingal. Following the incident, the Block Congress Committee filed a complaint with the Attingal police and the Rural SP, requesting action.
Last month, in connection with a similar incident where Aloshi sang a revolutionary song at the Kadakkal Temple in Kollam, the police had filed a case with Aloshi as the first accused. The case was filed based on a complaint by Congress Mandalam President Anil Kumar. Two members of the temple advisory committee were also named as accused in the case. This incident occurred while the case was still ongoing.
