Arvind Kejriwal’s ED custody has been extended by four days till April 1

New Delhi: Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal, who is under enforcement arrest in the liquor policy corruption case, will remain in jail for four more days. Kejriwal’s custody has been extended till April 1. Kejriwal raised that the ED was working by violating even his fundamental rights, but the court refused to intervene. But the Delhi court issued a notice to the enforcement saying that they should give an explanation in this regard in April.

Kejriwal informed the court that he had a few things to say and the court allowed it. The court told him to write down what he had to say, but Kejriwal informed that he should convey it directly. Kejriwal asked the ED direct questions bypassing the lawyer. The ED also accused Kejriwal of running a show in the courtroom.

The ED told the court that Kejriwal was putting on a show and was arrested because of corruption, not because he was the chief minister. Kejriwal himself argued for himself in the court. He alleged that it was an attempt to destroy him and the party. He argued that the 100 crores claimed by the ED had not been seized from anywhere, and no court in the country had declared him guilty.
