When UP Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath takes action with a bulldozer again in Sambhal, this is also an action against the Waqf. This is the first time in the country that a bulldozer has been used against the Waqf. A notice has been issued stating that the government has encroached on land near the mosque known as Thanewali Masjid in Sambhal city and that all the encroachers must vacate within 24 hours.
Notices have also been issued to the owners of 11 shops accused of encroaching on government land. It was also informed that all the owners of these shops belong to the minority community. The Sambhal district administration issued the notice with a 24-hour time limit. The owners can remove the items they want to take from the building. The Sambhal district administration has also warned that all encroachments will be demolished using bulldozers after the 24-hour time limit.
