CBSE Class 12 result declared

CBSE 12th result 2021 has been declared. The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has announced the results on the official website – cbseresults.nic.in, cbse.gov.in and results.gov.in. The results can be downloaded using roll number and if a student do not have the roll number, he or she can check it on the board website. However, due to the heavy rush, the official sites are down.

Other digital platforms like the DigiLocker website – digilocker.gov.in – and the app will also host the results. To download CBSE Class 12 roll numbers, students have to login at the cbse.gov.in/cbsenew/cbse.html portal and insert the login credentials. This year’s CBSE results will be first-of-its-kind, as the board has prepared it without exams. Students’ performance in past examinations have been taken into consideration. CBSE board exams were cancelled in view of the Covid crisis.  Last year, the CBSE announced Class 12 results on July 13. After a rather agonising wait, the CBSE took to Twitter to confirm that the CBSE Class 12 results will be announced at 2 pm today. Several students were anticipating such an update since Thursday when the CBSE activated the roll number finder on its official website. Since this year, the CBSE exams were cancelled due to the coronavirus pandemic, the CBSE was not able to release the admit cards for the students. Hence, in order to declare the results, the roll numbers were announced yesterday.

There was some buzz about CBSE Class 10 results also. However, the latest reports suggest that the CBSE class 10 results will be made official only on August 1st. Apart from the official CBSE websites, the CBSE class 12 results will be available via Umang app, SMS and Digilocker also.
