Currently there is no case, no need to follow Shine Tom Chacko, says the police

There is currently no case against Shine Tom Chacko, said ACP Abdul Salam. The police stated that there is no need to follow actor Shine Tom Chacko, who ran out of the hotel during a raid. No evidence was found during the hotel inspection, and a decision on whether to issue a notice to Shine will be taken after discussion with senior officials, said Abdul Salam. The footage of Shine running away from the hotel surfaced yesterday.

Meanwhile, in relation to actress Vinci Aloysius’s allegation that actor Shine Tom Chacko misbehaved with her on a film set, the Excise department is seeking the family’s permission to record Vinci’s statement. However, the family has informed that the issue should be resolved within the film industry itself. Vinci’s father conveyed this to the Excise officials, also stating that the family is not interested in legal proceedings.

At the same time, the police have intensified the investigation to find Shine, who fled from the hotel yesterday. Shine Tom Chacko did not attend the Ramu Karyat Award Night held in Thrissur yesterday. Adhoc committee member Vinu Mohan said they are waiting for Shine’s explanation. Once the explanation is received, a report will be submitted, he added. They have not been able to reach Shine over the phone. Vinu Mohan also said swift action will be taken regarding Vinci’s complaint. He is a member of the committee appointed by the actors’ association AMMA to look into Vinci’s complaint.
