Israel Gears Up for Invasion, New Announcement Amid Fears of Cyber Attacks

Iran was truly shoked after Israel carried out a cyber attack the other day. In anticipation of any retaliation, Iran has now announced a ban on pagers and walkie-talkies in airplanes. This decision highlights Iran’s fear, especially after the recent explosions in Lebanon. The Iran Civil Aviation Organization announced that no electronic devices other than mobile phones would be allowed, including pagers and walkie-talkies, in both the cabin and checked luggage.

The widespread explosions of pagers and walkie-talkies in Lebanon recently have caused concern. Following these incidents, several airlines have banned these devices on flights for security reasons. Emirates, based in Dubai, was the first airline to implement the ban, followed by Qatar Airways. Over 40 people were killed, and more than 300 were injured in the explosions of pagers and walkie-talkies in Lebanon and Syria.

Meanwhile, a massive cyber attack struck Iran recently, disrupting government systems. International media reported that nuclear facilities and government offices were targeted. Iran’s judiciary, parliament, and administrative offices were also affected, with crucial data allegedly leaked in the attack, according to a former secretary of Iran’s Supreme Council of Cyberspace. Israel had previously warned that it would retaliate against Iran’s missile attack by targeting its nuclear and oil facilities.

At the same time, Israel’s recent airstrike in Lebanon killed 22 people and injured 117, according to Lebanon’s health ministry. The strike, which targeted Hezbollah in central Beirut, has escalated the conflict. Israel is reportedly preparing for a large-scale ground invasion of Lebanon, with 80,000 troops ready for action. Israel has intensified its attacks on southern Lebanon, and recent shelling has hit areas near the UN peacekeeping base in Naqoura. Meanwhile, two people were killed in northern Israel following Hezbollah’s rocket attack.

The United States has also stepped up its efforts to pressure Iran. Recently, the U.S. imposed sanctions on companies and ships involved in oil trade and distribution, particularly targeting Iran’s oil and petrochemical industries. The primary goal of the U.S. is to weaken Iran’s economic support. This new round of sanctions is a significant setback for Iran, especially in the oil market, where Iran plays a key role. Despite Iran’s claims of strength, these recent explosions and sanctions highlight its vulnerability, especially against Israeli operations.
