By-election campaigning is in its final stages, with the grand finale set for today in Wayanad and Chelakkara. Candidates are rushing to as many locations as possible within their constituencies to seek votes.
In Wayanad, preparations are underway to add color to the grand finale. UDF candidate Priyanka Gandhi will be joined by Rahul Gandhi in a roadshow. The roadshow will be held in Sultan Bathery in the morning and Thiruvambady in the evening. LDF candidate Satyen Mokeri will visit St. Mary’s College, Sultan Bathery, in the morning. For the grand finale in Kalpetta, Satyen Mokeri will be joined by Minister P. Prasad and other leaders. The NDA candidate Navya Haridas will conclude her campaign in Kalpetta.
In Chelakkara, candidates and supporters will gather around 4:30 p.m. near the Chelakkara Bus Stand for the grand finale. KPCC President K. Sudhakaran will attend the UDF’s closing campaign. There will also be events at the panchayat level.
Meanwhile, candidates in Palakkad continue their campaigns. UDF candidate Rahul Mangoottil will campaign across various parts of the constituency. K. Muraleedharan will also remain active in the constituency today.
