Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has strongly criticized Tamil Nadu Chief Minister MK Stalin, stating that Stalin is playing narrow politics. He accused Stalin of using language to divide the people, saying that Stalin had realized his vote bank politics was failing, which is why he was attempting to create division in the name of language. Yogi Adityanath made these remarks in an interview with national media.
“People of the country must understand divisive politics and remain vigilant against it. For the unity of the nation, everyone must stand together. The goal should not be to divide the people but to unite them,” Yogi said. He further pointed out that in Uttar Pradesh, languages like Tamil, Telugu, and Kannada are taught, unlike in Tamil Nadu, where the state’s language policy is being used for election campaigning.
BJP Tamil Nadu President K. Annamalai also criticized Stalin, stating that the Tamil Nadu Chief Minister’s family owns private schools that teach three languages, but this system has not been implemented in the state’s government schools.
