Thrissur: Main accused in 25 crore fraud case arrested. The police arrested Mohammad Faisal (43), a native of Ambalakadav, Kalikao, Malappuram. There are 28 cases of online fraud in his name in Thrissur.
The accused was arrested by a team led by the thrissur City District Crime Branch Asst Commissioner of Police. The accused was hiding in a flat in Ernakulam. After receiving confidential information, he threatened the police who reached the flat with the help of goons. But he was caught by the police as he tried to escape from the flat.
