Pakistan Airlines logo balloon in Jammu, security beefed up

Srinagar: During the election preparations, a balloon with the logo of Pakistan Airlines was found in Jammu. The balloon was recovered from Devak river bank, 4 km from the border. Police have strengthened security in the area.

It will be checked whether there is a conspiracy behind this to create an obstacle in the second phase of voting. The police said that an investigation is underway. Currently, no explosives or other objects have been found in the balloon.

During the preparations for the polls, the security forces had received information that an infiltration attempt was being made across the border. The balloon was found during the subsequent inspection.
