Pathanamthitta: ADM Naveen Babu was found dead at his residence following allegations of corruption against PP Divya. The postmortem report related to the incident has been released, indicating no suspicious injuries or marks on his body. The report confirmed that ADM Naveen Babu died by hanging.
Meanwhile, the family has raised concerns, stating that they were not informed before the inquest examination of Naveen Babu’s body. Anil P Nair, a relative of Naveen Babu, said they learned about his death only after the inquest was completed. The family had requested the postmortem to be conducted at Kozhikode Medical College instead of Pariyaram Medical College but claimed their request was ignored.
The police informed the family only after the inquest was over and did not seek prior permission, according to the relatives. They also clarified that they were not attempting to mislead the court but only expressed their concerns and doubts. Additionally, the family alleged that even the internal organs of the body were not preserved, raising further questions.
