The Election Commission intervenes in the complaints against Central Agencies 

New Delhi. The Central Election Commission is intervening in the All India complaint against the central investigation agencies. It is reported that the Election Commission will come up with guidelines for the investigation during the Lok Sabha elections. It is reported that the draft guidelines in this regard have been prepared by the Election Commission.

The Election Commission had directed the central investigation agencies to ensure impartiality in the proceedings in connection with the 2019 Lok Sabha elections and to inform the commission about their activities. After Kejriwal’s arrest, India Front leaders visited the Election Commission.

Trinamool Congress leader and former MP Mahua Moitra has written to the Election Commission alleging that the CBI is harassing her and hampering her election campaign efforts.
